Win32/Sality Remover will allow you to easily clean the virus from your computer. All you need do is download the software and run the executable.
You can also specify the disks (or partitions) to heal as a command parameters, eg: "rmsality C: D:". If this command is used without parameters, it's nice treat all disks (partitions) on computer.
